*NY Strip Steak Quesadillas ala Mexicana

Flour or corn tortillas filled with ten oz. of Certified Angus Beef™ steak grilled with tomatoes, onions, green peppers all simmered together and folded into the tortilla with Jack cheese. Served with  rice and homemade refried beans.
